Follow up with customers for payment collections and resolve any payment-related issues.
Contact customers for overdue payments and coordinate with the finance team to ensure collections.
Address customer suggestions for project planning, ensuring timely execution of the project and meeting customer needs.
Act as a liaison for unresolved grievances, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
Work in close collaboration with the inhouse sales team, warehouse personnel, and the product development team to ensure smooth coordination of sales orders.
Oversee product training for customers and internal teams, ensuring up-to-date knowledge on the product offerings.
