Strategic:

  • Expand market presence and customer base in the region
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with business goals
  • Build and retain key customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends to shape competitive strategy
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Ensure alignment between regional sales execution and corporate strategy
Finance
  • Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets
  • Ensure competitive, margin-aligned pricing
  • Manage sales budgets and control costs
  • Provide accurate forecasts and financial reports
  • Optimize customer mix to improve contribution margins
Process
  • Identify and develop new markets and customer segments to expand regional footprint and increase market share.
  • Drive long-term revenue growth by aligning regional sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Build and execute strategic plans for acquiring high-potential customers and strengthening key account relationships.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics, competitor landscape, and pricing trends to shape winning strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of executing growth initiatives and delivering consistent results.
  • Act as a strategic link between regional operations and corporate leadership to ensure smooth execution, customer satisfaction, and feedback integration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery
  • Monitor and improve sales process efficiency and turnaround time
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
People
  • Lead and mentor the Manager-BDs to build strong client-facing capabilities and a proactive approach to sales development.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, feedback sessions, and issue resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Promote cross-functional coordination to deliver a seamless client experience from proposal to post-sales support.
  • Champion internal alignment between business units, ensuring efficient execution of strategy and service delivery.
