Identifying new customers through networking , cold calling ,social media etc.
Setting up meetings with customers and understanding the technical requirements. Coordinating with the HO team for feasibility studies and technical inputs.
Ensuring conversion of enquiries /samples to order.
Regular interaction with customers and keeping a record of customer details and interactions.
Ensuring PO release.
Tracking adherence to release dates
Tracking and following up on outstanding customer payments
Taking regular feedback from customers , analysing and making recommendations to management based on the same
Ensuring closure of customer complaints within committed timelines
Analyse the following reports and make timely recommendations to management :
- Monthly Sales Data
- Monthly Lost order analysis
- Monthly Customer complaint tracker
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
