As a Regional Relationship Lead, you will have the outstanding chance to lead and grow an assigned regional account portfolio across multiple countries in APAC. Our dynamic and ambitious team works tirelessly to deliver world-class service, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and drive.
What You'll Do
Retain clients and establish strong, enduring connections
Improve profitability through revenue growth and cost reduction
Identify and plug volume leakages
Expand existing relationships for incremental transactions and volume both regionally and globally
Increase hotel adoption and drive the usage of OBT
Work together with internal and external collaborators to achieve flawless goal execution
Conduct comprehensive client reviews at local, regional, and global levels
Effectively handle customer issues
Address other ad-hoc account-specific requirements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or account management
Ability to take initiative in a dynamic, constantly-changing industry and embrace a versatile approach
Skills in making decisions based on data and possessing a strong commercial competence
Experience working with large multi-national companies in the B2B space
Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop robust partnerships
Entrepreneurial approach with a hunger for growth
Outstanding work ethic, with the ability to address granular issues while keeping the big picture in mind
Experience with SFDC is a plus
Travel experience is strongly recommended but not mandatory
Ability to travel periodically as required by clients
Monitor and track regional performance against goals
Report on regional sector goals through business reviews
Coordinate and communicate with all local sectors in the region
Set up data hierarchies and consolidate regional/global data
Monitor and report on costs, service performance, customer happiness, trends, and savings opportunities for the region
Develop quarterly action plans to address areas needing improvement
Conduct regional quarterly review meetings
Introduce new and upgraded products and services to boost programs and decrease total cost of ownership
