Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To ensure work undertaken by the vendor as per the standard specs provided by M&M and ensure the quality meets M&M specified standards.
• To ensure safety & regulatory compliances at EV charging stations during construction.
• To ensure vendor complete the work within cost & time and explore paths to expedite work at the site without compromising on the quality.
• To suggest changes in specs as per regional requirements.
• To certify milestones for payments to the vendor.
• To suggest various value engineering (cost optimization ) aspects related to EV charging stations.
• To evaluate various vendors providing turn-key solutions of EV charging stations and O&M in region.
• To suggest interventions for betterment in safety, cost efficiency and customer experience in the EV charging stations equipments.
