Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading programmatic advertising initiatives and ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs. The position requires expertise in managing programmatic platforms, vendor relationships, and optimization strategies to drive performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills to deliver measurable improvements for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Play a strategic role in driving programmatic initiatives and delivering results as per agreed KPIs
Manage and set up PG PMP and OOH vendors as per client requirements
Ensure adherence to ad verification benchmarks IAS in line with client standards
Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and maintain strong relationships
Handle multiple tasks effectively while managing stakeholder expectations
Initiate strategic conversations to improve KPIs and overall performance
Manage daytoday performance against goals and allocated budgets
Implement and oversee programmatic buys on a daily basis
Set bid strategies monitor performance and identify optimizations by audience content and geography
Review ad types and vendor plans to execute optimization strategies
Identify highperforming segments and define lookalike audiences to increase reach
Analyze funnel dropoffs and execute actions to improve conversions
Required Skills
Expert knowledge of platforms such as TTD and tools like IAS
Strong team handling and people management capabilities
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proven experience working with global clients and managing multiple stakeholders
Ability to lead strategic discussions and deliver measurable improvements.
Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of proven programmatic campaign management experience using TTD with client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of OpenX, PG, PMP, DOOH, and advanced optimization strategies
  • Experience in managing large budgets and delivering performance improvements across multiple markets.
Note: The working shift will fall between 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM IST, based on business requirements.
