3. Managing and Mentoring the Program Managers under reporting
4. Drive and Deliver Profitable Business Volumes as per the Targets through New Corporate Tie Ups
5. Building Synergies with other Departments
6. Competition mapping in SCF market
7. Process Improvements and Digital Adoptions
8. Ideate and develop New products and simplified / digitalised processes.
