Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Program Manager to lead and manage promoters performance across regions, specifically focusing on wireless segment of apple. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong client management skills, proven expertise in channel development, and a passion for driving sales and brand visibility in the LFR space.Program Oversight & Execution- Manage the execution required service output through promoters deployed in stores, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Team Leadership & Development- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on continuous growth and innovation.Promoter Program Management- Oversee Promoter Program, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of in-store promoters.- Ensure promoters drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and represent the Apple brand effectively.Sales Enablement & Channel Development- Design and implement strategies to drive sales through various channels, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.- Build strong relationships with local and national retailers to maximize sales opportunities.Large Format Retailer (LFR) Management- Manage and grow partnerships with LFRs in the region, ensuring compliance with brand standards.- Drive sales growth by implementing impactful promotional strategies and maintaining strong in-store visibility.Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for Apple and other partners, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.- Address client needs proactively, provide strategic recommendations, and resolve issues effectively.Key Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, ideally in business management or a related field.Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, sales, or channel development.- Proven experience working with LFRs and managing large-scale retail programs.- Familiarity with Apple programs or prior experience in managing Apple initiatives is highly desirable.Skills:- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.- Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments (ref:updazz.com)
