Product Promotion Strategy:
Plan and execute regional promotional strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Product Training:
Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training sessions for field teams and business partners.
Development Training:
Support continuous learning and professional development of the field force.
Company Promotion Activities:
Implement and monitor brand promotion campaigns, events, and awareness programs.
Field Work:
Work closely with the field team to ensure effective product positioning, feedback collection, and market understanding.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Good understanding of
Ayurvedic products, formulations, and market dynamics.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and lead regional marketing activities.
Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively.
