  • Serve as the single point of contact for Procurement across Customer Business and Delivery Teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure supplier deliverables for both services and materials during execution, including performance tracking and scalability.
  • Drive supplier readiness to meet customer rollout timelines and resolve major contractual disputes.
  • Contribute towards supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting during pre-sales in line with Procurement strategy; monitor supplier capacity post-sales.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Procurement Ownership: Accountable for all project procurement activities from bid phase to project closure, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage diverse internal and external stakeholders to align procurement efforts with project requirements.
  • Supplier Base Decisions: Communicate supplier base decisions to relevant delivery stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Supplier Engagement & Support: Contribute in supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting for designated categories alongside Strategic Market Procurement Managers and Category Managers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards, including SOX and internal procurement policies.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Implementation: Provide insights for category management and ensure effective implementation of category and supplier strategies within projects.
  • Project Procurement Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Procurement Plans tailored to specific project needs and timelines.
  • Supplier Management: Act as the primary manager for local suppliers, overseeing performance, capacity, and strategic alignment for respective Customer.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key project suppliers to ensure reliability and innovation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Coaching & Enablement: Support and coach regional procurement managers to ensure rapid engagement and successful rollout of procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
You have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years' experience in supplier base management for optimal resource allocation.
  • Expert in stakeholder management and conflict management
  • Proven experience in Procurement Operations and compliances
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management to enhance collaboration.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to identify and seize new opportunities.
  • A customer-centric approach to understand and meet client needs.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • A solution-oriented attitude to effectively resolve issues.
  • High integrity and adeptness in trust-building with stakeholders. Solid understanding of logistics processes to streamline operations.
  • Familiarity with Nokia portfolio knowledge to leverage our products effectively.
