The Regional Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely Supply & arrival of products in countries so that they are able to meet their Customer Service Levels, in line with agreed Supply Chain metrics.Demand Planning -Establish an accurate regional demand planning management process.Develops Country forecasts by appropriate maintenance of demand history and tools provided.Establishes, reviews, and maintains an effective process to drive forecast generation and demand management in the system.Ensures market/sales intelligence data added to the statistical forecasts is substantiated by business expectations and reconciled to overall business plans.Maintains system planning parameters in all systems.Provides planning inputs to country product phase-in/phase-out plans.Communicates the NPI launch plans to source companies.Supply Planning -Establish an accurate regional supply planning management through the S&OP process.Generates, reviews and executes Net Demand Requirements PlanWork toward Perfect order fulfilment (OTIF)Supervises orders placed to WW CS teams and collaborates with them for timely allocation & shipment to the countries.Develops country supply plan that meets anticipated customer demand at optimal inventory level & lot management.Works towards minimizing in-house scrap, write-offs & SLOB.Resolves regional supply issues by communicating and coordinating with source company and country management; draws up a joint action and contingency plan for the resolutions of such issues.ReportingMeet all the reporting deliverables every month & Qtr., based on the S&OP Calendar, ensuring correctness & completeness of Data.Join WW meetings to represent the ASPAC region for weekly/bi-weekly/monthly status updates & review.Self-DevelopmentHigh level of knowledge in product and market related areas; abreast of current developments and trends within Supply Chain and Information SystemsMaintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant products and supply chain methods.Identify areas of improvement, remove inefficiencies & deliver Value-Capture savings.Corporate Ethics and StandardsContribute to the achievement of health & safety goals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint applications is required. In depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems (ERP - particularly SAP APO/FIT/S4/DP, JDE etc.) and processes are preferred. The candidate will have a great attention to detail and strong communication skills.APICS and Process Excellence tools, training, and certification are highly preferred.
