Titan, a leading eyewear company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Optometrist to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. As the Regional Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyecare services to our customers while also managing the eyecare department in our retail stores.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate prescriptions to customers Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases Educate customers on proper eyecare practices and recommend appropriate eyewear products Manage and oversee the eyecare department in our retail stores, including hiring and training of optometrists and support staff Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase eyecare services and product sales Monitor and analyze eyecare department performance and make necessary adjustments to improve profitability Ensure compliance with all eyecare regulations and standards Maintain accurate records of customer information and eyecare services provided Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience


Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution Valid optometry license in the state of Uttar Pradesh Minimum of 5 years of experience as an optometrist, with previous managerial experience preferred Strong knowledge of eyecare practices, products, and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead and manage a team Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
