Job Summary

Ride N Repair is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Regional Operations Manager

to lead and manage operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service quality, operational efficiency, technician performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end regional operations

across multiple service hubs / centers. Lead and monitor

Area / City Operations Managers

and field teams. Ensure smooth

service delivery, turnaround time (TAT)

and customer satisfaction. Drive

recruitment, training, and retention of mechanics & service staff

. Monitor

daily performance dashboards, MIS, and operational KPIs

. Handle

critical customer escalations

and ensure resolution. Ensure adherence to

SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols

. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, and Central Operations teams. Drive

process improvement initiatives

to increase efficiency and reduce cost. Conduct

weekly / monthly reviews

with regional leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
