Keep a record update from COM for timely Opening & closing of premises.

? Branch wise ROI

? Review process as per daily COM/AOM Report

? If any callout you are required to resolve it at bottom level and update the same to

Management & HR.

? Check & Follow up taking for KPI Performance till day end and performance planning

is rebuild.

? Preplan for next day Operation Working to be received from COM and it needs to be

checked for implementation.

? Reporting at your assigned location by 9AM with 15 Min extended time, if travelling or

late reporting then would be accepted but on knowledge of your senior management &

HR.

? Overall Business Growth should be Planned and Reported to Awadh & Amazon

Management by you.

? Timely Report knowledge from Cluster Operations Managers

? Loss recovery planning with SLP team.

? Data Compilation ask with COM/SRAOM/AOM/SLP for bottom level review.

? Loss revert follow-up to be taken and closed with SLP Team

? Scorecard Performance Planning

? Behavior should to be Soft Spoken & Professional. Office Decorum to be maintained

? Immediate response acceleration to CRM & CTL level.
