Designation: Regional Manager

Summary: The Regional Manager - Operations will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. Experience in management, operations, and marketing for Healthcare or Hospitals, preferably Renal care.

Experience: 5+ years (Managed Operations for Healthcare or Hospital, preferably Renal care)Industry Type: Hospital / Medical & Health Care Qualification: MBA in hospital Management will be preferred / Relevant PGThe base location will be Vijayawada, The Candidate should be flexible about travelling.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
Identify space and develop new centersOverseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
Training and supporting center managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.Govt. Liaisoning, Network development.
Controlling purchase and usage of inventory (pilferage and shrinkage).
Forecasting regarding increase or decrease in business and plan accordingly. Manage manpower regarding any leave and transfer at any center.
Experience in handling more than 7 to 8 centers at a time.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
