Regional Manager/Program Manager - Market Research About Us: Dhruv Research is a market research firm and has established itself as a pioneer in the usage of various technology tools to conduct studies and surveys. We conduct pan India studies, using various research tools, at unmatched scale, speed, and accuracy, expanding the possibilities of how survey data can be consumed in informing the public on the current issues and trends which are shaping the nation. We try to understand the opinion of people in different sectors such as Politics, Economy, Current Affairs etc. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional guidance, support and direction to field operation and deliver on strategy and operational plans while scaling it to large geographies

• Efficiently manage multiple projects by monitoring progress and ensure completion within planned timelines with high quality output

• Establish high standards of the performance by ensuring proper compliance of the set processes and protocols

• Contribute to the overall functioning of the organization by identifying opportunities to scale
• Excellent Problem-solving skills, ability to work comfortably in a collaborative setting
• Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines, and demonstrate an ability to deliver under pressure
• Managing and guiding a team while ensuring compliance and achievement of targets at a daily/weekly basis
• Monitoring and improving the performance of team with assistance from Quality Assessment team
• Ensuring engagement and retention of the team members
• Receiving and resolving the field escalations and the incident reports by coordinating with the responsible teams/ authorities as per the escalation matrix
• Minimizing the per sample cost of the survey by ensuring a high rate of data collection without compromising the quality of the collected data
• Contributing in process optimisation, standardization and rolling out scalable methods to improve operational efficient

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation/ MBA/ PGDM in any discipline
• Work experience of 7-10 years as Operations/Sales/ Logistics Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to understand the data in the dashboards and take decisions accordingly
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills, Multilingual candidates will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months Salary: 9479,763.21 - 91,574,945.86 per year Benefits:
