Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Regional Operations Manager

to oversee operations across multiple

Experience Centers (ECs)

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

retail operations

,

vendor management

, and

team leadership

, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Experience Centers Manage vendor relationships, including pricing negotiations and delivery timelines Handle petty cash, salary disbursements, and vendor payments Conduct asset audits and oversee space planning and store layout Ensure legal, safety, and compliance standards are met across centers Coordinate new store launches, relocations, and maintenance Lead performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements Collaborate with HR for employee engagement and policy implementation Monitor financial performance and optimize resource utilization

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred 5 to 10 years of experience in retail or regional operations management Proven track record managing

multi-location retail operations

Strong vendor management and financial oversight skills Leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset Language proficiency: Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage)
