The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, sales growth, and market expansion within the assigned region. The role involves managing dealer and distributor networks, organizing events, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor regional marketing activities to support business growth.
Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads, boost dealer engagement, and achieve targets.
Organize dealer meets, product launches, and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Manage the regional marketing budget effectively and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
Collaborate with the head office marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Prepare and present performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in
Audio and Light
sector.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
