Job pURPOSE:
Post liberalization inflow of FDI in India has seen multifold increase , these transactions are typically facilitated by big & boutique law firms. As these transactions necessiates understanding of complaince & legal , would necessiates building these capabilities in house so that we have entire bouquet to offer once dealing with law firms. Similarly , post NCLT resolution professional's play a dominant role in manging cash flow of stressed accounts. A deeper understanding relationship would ensure such transactions through our counter.
Roles & Responsibilities:
'One stop for all capital account transactions and ensure capability / SME coverage provided to all deals originating from branch. Ensure end to end coverage from origiantion to regulatory closure. Build & levergae connect with law firms & india bound investment advisors/ consultants. Setup Startegic Alliances business in designated hotspots viz Mumbai, Bengaluru,Delhi,Chennai. Ensure all transactions are aligned to regulatory framework
Secondary Responsiblities:
'Create basic understanding of the business in larger branch banking team esp Regional Trade team.
Key Success Metrics:
Revenue as per budget
