Regional Manager-Salon-Ahmedabad-60k
Experience: 3yrs-5yrs
Salary Range: 50k-60k (Competitive and based on experience & performance capability)
Roles:
1. Branch Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations of all assigned branches, Ensure service quality, hygiene, and SOP adherence at each location.
2. Sales Leadership: Monitor and push monthly branch-wise sales targets, Guide Branch Managers and Sales Managers in conversion strategies, Analyze low-performing areas and implement correction plans.
3. Team Management & Grooming: Conduct regular staff reviews and motivation meetings, Ensure performance, grooming, and discipline across staff levels Coordinate with HR for hiring, retention, and team training needs.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Brand Experience: Resolve escalated client issues, Ensure consistent brand experience across all city branches, Implement client feedback into actionable improvements.
5. Reporting & Communication: Submit weekly performance and financial reports to COO/Founder, Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Training teams for campaigns and operations, Ensure stock audits, expense control, and quality checks are completed monthly.

6. 3 cities to look at: Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara; and the concerned person would be responsible for all 3 locations.
Required Experience:
1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in team handling and multi-branch management
2.Must have worked in Salon, Wellness, Retail Chains, or Hospitality Industry
3.Should have led a staff team of 50+ employees across departments
