Job Title: RSM-Direct Sales



Location: Delhi/NCR and Uttar Pradesh



Job Type: Full Time



Experience: Above 5 years



Roles & Responsibilities:



Plan field activities to broaden the funnel of leads.

Build a pipeline of leads through reference and activities to ensure available bucket of prospects to approach for sales.

Take customer appointments to understand their needs and pitch suitable products to maximize customer value and thereby generate revenue to achieve / exceed given targets.

Deliver impactful technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.

Ensure records are accurately captured and updated.

Ensure periodic follow ups.

Providing need based solutions to customers to meet their requirement.

Preferred candidate profile



Experience:

5+ years in Concept Selling.

Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech. / MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Sales Acumen:

Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Target oriented & high sales driven.

Communication Skills

: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Leadership:

Ability to manage and motivate a sizeable sales team

Technical Aptitude

: Comfort in understanding and explaining testing equipment applications

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Flexibility:

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
