Lead the assigned geographical area and implement sales & collection strategies. Shortlisting of channel partners for appointment & achieving
distribution reach. Meeting working capital requirements of the business. Manage & monitor distributor performance & sustainability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Sales forecasting and planning for the assigned area and Channel planning based on market potential.
Gather market intelligence on competition activities and propose strategic/ tactical interventions for share gain.
Focus on secondary sales growth by implementing business goals namely, achievement of distributor-wise secondary targets, meeting
numeric & weighted distribution objectives, channel correction, etc.
Monitoring of sales, collection & stocks on regular basis as budgeted.
Ensuring placement of new products as per commercialization strategy.
Sustain growth through new store growth and Same Stores Sales Growth.
Network expansion by appointing new distributors, dealers & retail trade partners in the assigned area.
Ensuring timely liquidation of defective / slow moving / discontinued products as per organizational norms in collaboration with relevant
departments.
Monitor the Billing Process - product category v/s value wise on regular basis and ensure Week - wise billing.
Ensuring implementation of Retailer engagement programs /Retailer Bonding Program effectively.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation (any)
WORK EXPERIENCE
5-7 years of relevant experience in B2C sales - preferably from FMCD /FMCG/ consumer durables and geographical exposure of the region.
Should have experience in B2C Sales.
