Implement regional marketing strategies for Agri Inputs products Manage and guide the regional marketing team to meet targets Collaborate with the central production and marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional market demands Manage regional marketing budgets and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales within assigned territories Monitor regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to adjust strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the region Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in regional marketing activities

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of Agri Inputs and agricultural practices within the region Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in regional market analysis and strategic planning
