Drive regional sales through Modern Trade by managing SIS (Shop-in-Shop) counters, hiring and leading store staff, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining brand standards across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for the region and for each SIS counter.
Hire, train, and manage store staff/promoters across MT stores.
Maintain strong relationships with key MT accounts and store teams.
Ensure planogram adherence, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and coordinate with SCM.
Track competition and share insights for growth planning.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing (MBA preferred).
6 - 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in Modern Trade.
Experience in staff management, target tracking, and retail execution.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
