Designation: Assistant Regional Manager - Mortgage SalesLocation: Mumbai / KolkataKey Responsibilities:- Drive regional mortgage sales performance through regular sales reviews, strategy meetings, and budget control.- Lead and monitor performance of Sales, Credit, Financial Services, LMS, and Training functions.- Review key credit and operational metrics such as TAT, file quality, rescan, and staffing efficiency.- Strengthen team capability through structured training, JD implementation, performance reviews, and succession planning.- Manage and grow source relationships including channel partners, builders, brokers, and property funds.- Identify untapped markets and lead geographic expansion initiatives.- Conduct town halls, ensure transparent communication, and share actionable MOMs with leadership.- Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and submit monthly insights to management.- Manage and optimize product mix across home loans, balance transfer, non-housing, land loans, and self-construction loans.- Ensure a positive, fair, and performance-driven work culture with strong interdepartmental coordination.Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduate in Marketing / Finance (MBA preferred).- 15+ years of experience in BFSI, with at least 10 years in team handling roles.- Strong managerial, strategic, and people leadership skills.- Prior experience in mortgage / home loan sales preferred.
