Experience Required: 5-8 years in Industrial/Machine Manufacturing
Sales Budget: ₹7 - 9 LPA
Key Responsibility:
? Achieve and exceed regional sales targets consistently.
? Identify and develop new customer accounts in Punjab and Northern India.
? Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with industrial clients.
? Negotiate terms of sale, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements.
? Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
? Manage and mentor regional sales/service teams to achieve set objectives.
? Provide effective sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
? Monitor sales recovery and ensure mely collection of dues.
? Coordinate with Head Office for pricing, technical inputs, and strategic planning.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
? Achievement of sales revenue targets.
? Number of new clients/projects acquired per quarter.
? Customer satisfaction and repeat business ratio.
? Payment collection efficiency (recovery Timelines).
? Expansion of presence in Northern markets.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
