Job Description



The

Regional Manager - EBO Operations (North & East India)

will oversee business operations, sales growth, and strategic expansion across the designated region. This senior role requires driving profitability, ensuring compliance with operational standards, building strong store teams, and enhancing the retail experience. The position demands leadership, analytical insight, and a strong ability to translate business goals into regional success.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Growth

Drive regional sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Plan and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Identify growth opportunities and align business strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, manage, and mentor Area Sales Managers and store leadership teams. Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a high-performance culture. Drive training and development programs for frontline staff.

Operational Excellence

Ensure smooth execution of daily store operations across the region. Implement company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Maintain high standards in merchandising, hygiene, grooming, and customer service.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

Track regional competitors' activities and develop counter strategies. Stay updated on consumer preferences, retail innovations, and market dynamics.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards

Ensure consistent implementation of VM guidelines and seasonal updates. Maintain brand identity and store presentation at all times.

Audit & Compliance

Conduct regular audits for stock, operations, and SOP adherence. Ensure financial discipline, inventory control, and shrinkage management.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with mall partners, landlords, and business associates. Act as a bridge between HO and regional stores for effective communication.

Strategic Expansion

Support in identifying potential new store locations within the region. Collaborate with business development teams for feasibility and execution.

Employee Engagement

Drive employee motivation, reward, and recognition initiatives. Ensure a positive work environment and resolve team-related challenges.

Travel & On-Ground Supervision

Visit stores extensively across the North & East region to monitor performance. Provide hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements

Preferred Candidate



Minimum

8-12 years

of experience in

retail operations

with at least 3-5 years in a

regional leadership role

. Strong business acumen with proven track record of

achieving sales targets

and

scaling operations

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, PowerPoint, and retail analytics tools

.

Postgraduate/Graduate

in Business Management, Retail Management, or related fields. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to

travel extensively

across North and East India.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
