Key Responsibilities
Achieve regional sales targets and expand business in assigned districts.
Lead and manage field officers, sales executives, and distributors.
Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and partners.
Conduct field visits, demos, and promotional activities.
Monitor team performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategy.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture / Agribusiness (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of experience in agri-inputs, fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, or related field.
Strong team leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Madhya Pradesh.
Fluency in Hindi (regional dialects an advantage).
