Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned region
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
Supervise and mentor district sales teams and interns
Strengthen distributor/retailer networks and expand market coverage
Drive farmer outreach programs, training sessions, and marketing campaigns
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
Conduct regular sales reviews, reporting, and performance analysis
Coordinate between management and field teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans
