Roles and Responsibilities

i' Business:

Achieve Regional targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer
segment within the specified area.

i' Sourcing:

Achieve business targets by driving the Sales Officers / Area Heads .

i' Collections:

Achieve NIL overdue month on month.

i' MIS:

Collate and share market information, customer insights & performance parameters in specified formats on
a regular basis.

i' Performance Review:

Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly review of individual / Cluster performance and take
corrective actions.

i' Marketing Initiatives:

Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve business by enhancing
customer experience/retention.

i' Team Management:

Recruit, train, motivate, mentor and review performance of Sales Officers / Area Head &
other support staff.

i' Rewards and Recognition:

Identify excellent performers / achievers and recommend them for annual
awards/immediate recognition.

i' Value, contribution & market share objectives:

Evolve & operationalize sales plan to achieve standard
business volume.

Desired Candidate Profile
5 to 10 years of experience in Business Loan
i' Should be able handle Business and collections through the team.
i' Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections
i' Confidence.
i' Perseverance.
i' Analytical abilities
i' Patience.
i' Excellent interpersonal skills.
i' Commercial awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
