JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Responsible for getting the critical parameters like business/ portfolio/ employee attrition to be delivered as required by management. Owning team members of his / her area on people metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

oManaging and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to assigned geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. oManage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SM's/PSF, monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the ASMs and monthly review with the sales teams.oAchieving & exceeding Business goals.oCreating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.oIdentifying the need of sales training, analysing changing market trends, channel development etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the senior management.oEnsure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.oRetaining high performers and replace poor performers.oEnsuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. oEnsuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner.oEffectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.oManaging Collections of the acquired portfolio.

Required Qualifications and Experience
