We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Regional Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will come with 5-8 years of proven experience in the Banking, Insurance, or Service sector and possess strong technical proficiency in SAP, ERP, and CRM systems. Exceptional freshers with outstanding academic credentials will also be evaluated.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned region.
Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion and growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and analyse performance using SAP and ERP tools.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client servicing and delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards across all sales functions.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in the Banking, Insurance, or Service sectors.
Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SAP, ERP, and CRM platforms.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
