Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Regional Manager

to lead our Agri Inputs Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing regional teams, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales within the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for Agri Inputs products. Lead, mentor, and guide the regional marketing team to achieve targets. Collaborate with central production and marketing teams to align with market demands. Manage regional marketing budgets and campaigns to boost visibility and sales. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in marketing activities.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Agriculture. Minimum

10+ years of experience

in Agri Inputs Marketing.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of Agri Inputs and regional agricultural practices. Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience Maximum upto CTC 8.5 LPA.
