Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen relationships with developers.
Identify new business opportunities, project tie-ups, and partnerships to enhance revenue streams. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Managers/Executives to deliver results.
Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, client handling, and closing techniques. 3. Customer Engagement & Conversions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle.
Resolve escalations related to pricing, negotiations, or project details.
Work closely with CRM teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and documentation. 4. Revenue & Compliance
Monitor collections and ensure timely revenue realization as per company targets.
Maintain compliance with legal, financial, and operational guidelines of the real estate sector. 5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports to senior management.
Collaborate with project developers for inventory updates, pricing, and scheme rollouts
