Position Summary:
We are hiring a Regional Manager - Institutional Sales to drive institutional business in the Delhi NCR region for a reputed Asset Management Company. The role involves acquiring, managing, and growing institutional client relationships while achieving sales targets in line with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage institutional clients, including family offices, corporates, and banks in Delhi NCR.
Promote and sell mutual fund products to institutional clients to drive AUM growth.
Identify market opportunities, pitch mandates, and convert leads into business.
Maintain regular engagement with clients to address queries and conduct portfolio reviews.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client servicing.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during client onboarding and management.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional sales in the AMC industry, preferably with Delhi NCR exposure.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management in institutional sales.
Skills Required:
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to drive business independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of mutual fund products and the institutional investment landscape.
