1) 10+ Years of relevant experience in Polymer/Plastic industry with exposure in areas of product identification (Water Supply, Sewer/Drainage/Telecommunication/Mass Water storage/Surface drainage/Flood control/Desalination etc.)
2) Exposure in handling Projects (Government, Large Contractors) and Retail business
Technical Knowledge / Skill
1) Sound knowledge of various polymers and its application
2) Thorough understanding of New Product introduction process
3) Ability to identify the range of products which can be converted to Polymers.
4) Sound understanding of costing and pricing models (Projects and Retail)
5) Understanding about the development of strategies for deep network penetration in retail segment
6) Networking across Government bodies, Large contractors & Retail channel

Sales planning & execution
1) To devise the zone specific product sales forecasts (long term & short term) in sync with the Organisational goals & ensuring its effective implementation.
2) To increase the revenue from new product line & to drive proactive product development that contributes to improved sales.
3) To ensure timely payment as per the agreed terms & condition.
New Product Development
1) To identify the new products on the basis of market research, competitor analysis & upcoming tenders/projects.
2) To prepare new product analysis report based on the data pertaining to market trends, competitor, forecast etc.
3) Coordination with all the concerned stakeholders for ensuring timely launching of new products.
4) Conducting effective post launch reviews and devising action plan for further improvement.
Customer Engagement
1) To drive customer connect in the respective zone & keep a track of its effectiveness.
2) To maintain network/liasoning with Govt. Departments for registration & approvals/patents.
3) To ensure timely resolution of customer queries & grievances for achieving customer delight.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2) MBA in Marketing from a reputed & recognized university/Institute
