Job Summary:
We are hiring Relationship Managers - Sales for a leading stock broking house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, pitching financial products, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new
Demat Accounts
through open market leads and references
Pitch investment products like
SIP, Mutual Funds, Equity, and Demat A/C
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business development
Provide exceptional
customer service and post-sales support
Educate clients about market trends, products, and investment options
Attend regular training programs to stay updated with product knowledge and compliance
Requirements:
1-3 years of
sales experience
in stock broking, finance, banking, insurance, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach
Basic understanding of financial products and market operations
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
