Drive regional sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability
Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to optimize store performance
Implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
Identify new market opportunities and support store expansion
Store Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations across all stores in the region
Ensure adherence to SOPs, VM guidelines, and brand standards
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and shrinkage control
Coordinate with central teams for supply chain, merchandising, and marketing
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and key staff
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Build a high-performing, motivated retail team
Ensure effective workforce planning and staff retention
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Act as a brand ambassador for House of Fett in the region
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety norms
Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management
Manage regional budgets and control operational costs
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field
6-10 years of experience in retail operations, with multi-store management exposure
Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills
