Key Responsibilities
Drive target-based
B2B sales
for EdTech products
Identify and engage with
schools and educational institutions
Build and maintain relationships with
school leaders and teachers
Develop
strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups
Conduct
product demos and presentations
Manage the
end-to-end account lifecycle
from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain a strong
sales pipeline
Track sales KPIs including outreaches, proposals, and conversions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution
Required Skills & Experience
Graduate with
3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience in EdTech(npn-nego)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work with senior management on business initiatives
Proven experience in institutional or school sales
Result-oriented and team-focused approach
