Manage and oversee regional sales and operations for medical equipment and devices
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional business targets
Appoint, train, guide, and monitor sales/service teams in the assigned region
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, distributors, and dealers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
Coordinate with service and technical teams for installations, demos, and after-sales support
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in medical equipment and medical devices sales
Strong leadership, team-handling, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and tender handling is an added advantage

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
