The Regional Manager - Admissions & PR will be responsible for
strengthening the admissions pipeline
in designated regions through
network building, student outreach, external marketing, and strong regional representation
. The role demands excellent networking skills, deep regional market knowledge, and
frequent travel
to generate and convert genuine leads for admissions.
Candidates with a strong regional network pan-India--especially across North, East, and West India--will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Student Recruitment
Drive student admissions across assigned regions through effective lead generation and conversions.
Counsel prospective students and parents on programs, placements, and admission processes.
Achieve and exceed regional admission targets.
Networking & Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education consultants.
Represent GIBS at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and regional promotional events.
Establish partnerships with institutions and stakeholders to enhance regional presence.
Marketing & PR
Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute region-specific campaigns.
Drive external outreach and PR activities to strengthen the brand's presence.
Provide market insights to design effective promotional strategies.
Travel & Market Development
Undertake frequent travel across assigned regions to expand outreach and admissions.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Submit regular reports on regional activities, lead performance, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education.
3-10 Plus years of experience in
admissions, student recruitment, PR, or business development
(education sector preferred).
Strong regional network pan-India, especially across North, East, and West India.
Proven track record of meeting student recruitment and admissions targets.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
