About the Opportunity:
The Regional Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading logistics and warehouse operations across 11 Depots / CFA Warehouses (covering ~1 lakh sq. ft. and 2000 SKUs). The role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for CFA management, customer billing, transportation, inventory control, and compliance, ensuring smooth supply chain operations in the region.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, deep understanding of logistics systems, and the ability to drive operational excellence through process discipline and people engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. CFA / Warehouse Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end Depot / CFA operations, ensuring compliance with defined KPIs.
Drive cost efficiency and optimum utilization of manpower and MHE resources.
Monitor warehouse performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to all SOPs and audit requirements.
2. Infrastructure & EHS Management
Identify infrastructure and EHS-related constraints at warehouses and address them within stipulated timelines.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
Support EHS audits and implement corrective measures proactively.
3. Transportation & Distribution
Manage vehicle planning, dispatches, and tracking as per defined KPIs and business priorities.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
Conduct gap analyses and implement corrective actions for improving delivery performance.
Engage and influence transporters for consistent service levels.
4. Customer Service & Support
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient order management and on-time deliveries.
Act as a point of escalation for internal and external customer issues.
Provide accurate and timely MIS reports on service levels, deliveries, and logistics performance.
5. People Management & Development
Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, driving performance and accountability.
Ensure employee welfare, engagement, and training for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback and guidance to warehouse managers to ensure capability building.
6. Compliance & Audit
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across depots and warehouses.
Collaborate with internal audit, finance, and compliance teams for smooth functioning.
Drive closure of audit observations with corrective and preventive actions.
7. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Apply data analysis, methodologies, and process improvement tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Finance and Supply Chain teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Leverage ERP and planning tools for effective supply chain management.
Implement best practices to enhance service quality and cost control.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in logistics and distribution within large or reputed organizations.
Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and logistics analytics.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to influence logistics service providers and drive performance improvements.
Collaborative and constructive working style with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, process orientation, and customer-centric mindset.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Experience:
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Regional Logistics or Distribution roles handling large product portfolios and multiple depots.
Exposure to high-volume product handling and multi-location operations preferred.
