Eligibility Criteria

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Mandatory fluency in

Tamil / Malayalam / Kannada

Basic communication skills required Willingness to work in a telesales environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for personal loan lead generation Explain loan offerings and identify interested customers Generate and share qualified leads with the sales team Maintain call quality and basic customer details

Working Details

Shift Timing:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Week Off:

Sunday (Fixed)

Salary & Benefits

Tamil Process

CTC: ₹13,789 (PF + PT + ESIC included) Take-home: ₹11,690 + incentives Without PF/ESIC option: ₹13,000 take-home

Malayalam Process

CTC: ₹16,093 (PF + PT + ESIC included) Take-home: ₹13,613 + incentives Without PF/ESIC option: As per the discussion

Kannada Process

Without PF/ESIC option: ₹17,000 take-home + incentives
