Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Regional Support Incharge
to lead the Onboarding and Support operations for North India. The ideal candidate will oversee new client onboarding, ensure smooth transition to live usage, drive customer adoption, deliver high-quality support experiences, and prevent churn by maintaining long-term client relationships. The role requires close coordination with Sales, Product, and Central Support teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end client onboarding for North India, ensuring smooth transition to live usage.
Drive product adoption and engagement to maximize customer satisfaction.
Deliver high-quality support experiences, resolving client queries efficiently and effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to minimize churn.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Central Support teams to ensure operational excellence.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to onboarding, support, and customer satisfaction.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across the region.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in customer onboarding, support, or operations,
preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
