Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly HSE report, A3 sheet reporting and compliance at site, DG goods compliance. Monthly HSE KPI Report All Health & Safety support for regional team since beginning of any project. Ensure HSE implementations to fulfill DHL and customer's contractual HSE requirements HSE solutions and implementation during project phase. Periodical Site HSE inspection. New Inductions, Form 702 matrix, Safety conversation, All OSCP implementation and OSCP training. Participation in WHS Committee meeting, Team briefing, Customer Safety Meeting etc. Form 102 ,104 ,103 audit, Mock drill ,12 folder Gemba Walk, Rack inspection, Fire Inspection, PPE Inspection, PTW, risk assessment, monitoring of unsafe activities at site BBS, near miss and incident reporting to achieve "Zero Harm" Goal by analytical skills. HSE Trainings based on HSE requirements Interaction with all stakeholders to ensure basic HSE requirements as per DHL standards

Requirements

Experience: 10+years of relevant experience in safety, health and environment management from warehousing and distribution industry





Qualification: Graduate in Fire/ Safety Engineering or ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety)

1. Knowledge of warehousing and distribution
