Roles & Responsibilities
1. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various airport staff positions.
2. Coordinate with the Regional Admin Manager for employee biometric AEP passes, pass renewals, new pass applications, and resolution of related issues, while keeping HQ updated accordingly.
3. Collect and maintain all required documents for AEP Passes and PCC for airport staff, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
4. Maintain records related to AEP, RLCC, and other airport compliance policies.
5. Prepare, control and share reports on Aircrew employee performance, dependability, and discipline with HQ.
6. Handle employee grievances and coordinate with HQ for resolution.
7. Manage attendance, leaves, and related updates for airport employees and share reports with HQ.
8. Act as a checkpoint for employee grooming standards and ensure compliance with company and airport authority requirements.
9. Assist Aircrew staff with KEKA regularizations & leave applications, update overtime, and maintain reports on check-in and check-out.
10. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to support onboarding, payroll, and other HR processes.
11. Work on employee retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve engagement.
12. Analyse Aircrew staff performance and prepare training schedules, including induction programs for new joiners.
13. Support overall HR objectives of the organization while being stationed at the airport.
14. Report to both the Airport Business Head and HQ (Hyderabad) for all HR and operational updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
