Coordinate manpower requirements with branch managers and corporate HR.
Support interview scheduling, documentation collection, and offer rollout.
Travel to branches and remote locations to facilitate interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance and leave management systems.
Validate monthly attendance and payroll inputs for accuracy.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment).
Maintain regional HR dashboards and trackers.
Support management reporting and HR analytics.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant discipline.
2-3 years of HR operations experience (regional or multi-location preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience with HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment, interviews, and branch HR support.
Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational abilities.
