Work closely with the HRBP Lead and functional leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster a motivated workforce and align people strategies with business goals.
Culture & Values Reinforcement:
Embed organizational values into employee experiences and processes through targeted interventions across the employee lifecycle.
Performance & Compensation Management:
Oversee the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Employee Relations & Communication:
Facilitate employee engagement forums such as town halls, skip-level meetings, and focus group discussions to enhance connectivity between employees and leadership.
People Analytics & Insights:
Collaborate with regional HR teams to analyze workforce trends, providing data-driven solutions, programs, and policies.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Partner with functional leaders to plan, forecast, and build a strong talent pipeline, both internally and externally.
Training & Development:
Identify and facilitate upskilling, reskilling, and cross-skilling initiatives through diverse learning programs.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Ensure seamless HR processes across the employee journey, including onboarding, grievance resolution, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews.
