- Handle contracts, wages, insurance, PF/ESI, and ensure audit readiness
Client Coordination
- Act as the HR point of contact for project managers & clients
Team & Policy Management
- Lead site-level HR/Admin staff, implement HR policies, and conduct worker training & safety sessions
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
5+ years HR/Admin experience
in construction / contracting / infrastructure
Strong knowledge of
Karnataka labor laws
Experience managing
500+ blue-collar workforce
Proficiency in
Kannada, Hindi, and English
Hands-on, problem-solving approach with strong interpersonal skills
