Regional/Zonal Head - Government Annuity- BFSI/Insurance Industry - 6 + Years - BangaloreWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional/Zonal Head - Govt. Annuity to lead annuity business growth through superannuation and NPS channels. This is a high-impact leadership role involving team management, corporate tie-ups, and execution of annuity sales plans while ensuring alignment with business goals in the retirement benefits domain.Location: BangaloreFuture Employer:A leading player in the Retirement Benefits and Annuity segment, providing structured solutions across superannuation, NPS, and fund management, with strong internal support and national distribution reach.Responsibilities: * Leading a team of Sales Managers (SMs) and Associate Managers (AMs) to drive annuity sales

• Implementing regional sales strategies in line with the national business plan
• Building strategic partnerships and tie-ups with private companies and PSUs
• Launching and promoting annuity business offerings in the assigned region
• Conducting webinars and presentations to engage corporate retirees and decision-makers
• Maintaining updated databases on clients and competitors for informed business planning

Requirements: * MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or Finance with 6-8 years of relevant experience in life/general/health insurance or BFSI

• Strong understanding of annuity products, corporate solutions, and financial planning
• Proven experience in selling complex financial solutions to corporate clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach
• Solid industry network and ability to drive tie-ups and conversions
